Aluterus monoceros
Photo take at -40 ft on a algae bed near a coral reef. Around 70 cm long thin is one of Filefish , Big eye and very small mouth special to eating alga's on ocean floor, fins turns black to prevent any approach.
Found around the world in subtropical oceans between latitudes 43° N and 35° S, at depths down to 50 m usually is algae bottoms.
