Description:

Hymenopteran belongs to Genus Apis . Useful bee that acts as pollinators . It has pollen basket in her hind legs that bear pollen grains for pollen nectar in beehive or for pollination . It has checking and sucking mouth parts .Find direction to her hive by making angle according to the sun . It has bee sting at its last segment of abdomen . After stinging the living beings the bee also dies due to loss of sting .

Habitat:

Found on Marie-gold flowers in Baradari Gardens at my hometown .

Notes:

Seems to be Apis dorsata .
