Diving Duck with a serrated bill for catching fish. This bird has a unique crest with a large white patch for males. Females are typically all brown with no white in their crest.

Thanks Guys, this is probably my favorite species of duck we get during the winter. Finding them is not always so hard, getting close for the shot is brutal!
