Quercus kelloggii
Oak leaves.
Oak and pine forest at Kings Canyon National Forest
I am a horticulturist and looked at your unidentified plants and noticed this oak species of the red oak species or section. I beleive it is a Quercus kelloggii with a slightly darker green leaf, possibly from being juvenile or growing in location with poor nutrients. These are likely crosses of Quercus rubra (Red oak) and Quercus velutina (Black oak) I have linked you to the google search page that shows many typical leaf types.
