Spotted on the fluorescent tube on the porch. These things are really tiny, hence the quality of the photos.

The eggs is 1 mm long, 0,5 mm in diameter and hang on a hair thin string of about 10-12 mm long. Difficult to photograph since there is "nothing' to focus on.

The last two photos is of another batch I have spotted since the first. Added my finger to give perspective. My fingertip is 18 mm side to side.
