Description:

I'm gonna go with a Red Tailed but you all know this is my weakness when it comes to identification, as much as I love these birds I read and look at different pictures for comparisons but I just can't be 100% sure. He was at the dairy farm down by the U of DE.

Red-tailed would show a band across the belly. Way too "busy" up on the chest for Red-tailed as well.
