Eastern Harvestman

Leiobunum vittatum

Description:

I love these things. As a kid I remember my folks calling them "Daddy Long-Legs". I was told all sorts of myths, like that they where spiders and the most deadly spider but had mouths too small to bite us. I believe this is a Eastern Harvestman just due to me living in Kansas but if I'm wrong, please feel free to correct me (nicely though haha).

Habitat:

Harvestmen are found all over the world. I know there are several species in Europe and North America at least.
