Iris oratoria (Linnaeus, 1758)
Iris oratoria, known by the common name Mediterranean mantis or (less frequently) iris mantis, is a widespread species of praying mantis native to Europe.
The photos relate to different dates between 2011/2014, also the locations are different, but all within a radius of 15 km.

That baby one (hatchling?) might be a Mantis religiosa. Hatchlings of Iris oratoria are quite different in looks, looking like a ground mantis with pointy eyes.
