Small lacewing, about an inch long not including antennae, orange in color with orange at the tips of wings, antenna was long.
Found while beating a bush, bush species unknown. The bush was in front of my house, weather was cool and sunny.
It is hard to tell from the angle of your picture, but, it looks like a Green Lacewing variation.
