There are I believe 5 different species of Howler Monkey found in the neotropics. Given that yours was found in Belize, it is quite easy to ID it based on geographic distribution to the Black Howler Monkey Alouatta caraya, rather than just calling it a Howler Monkey. Hope this helps!
