Brown and beige stripped back & wings.
Yellow tuff above eyes. Black and white and yellow on back of neck that stands upright when he puffed out orange balloons on side of neck.
Hi Joan, and welcome to Project Noah! Can you give us some more information about this photo please? It looks like a photo of a photo, and that is not allowed here. This is a prairie chicken, which are not found in FL. And even if this was a captive bird, they only do this stance when they are lekking, which is not during August as you indicate for when you took this photo.
