Have always wondered what this tree was called. Although considered a weed here, the African Tulip tree is seen growing in a lot of gardens in Queensland. The flowers are so beautiful and add such colour.
I haven't read anything about the actual impact on native fauna and flora - except that they have spread far and wide !
