Dear Frazier,

I am no quite sure the name is correct or not because I cannot find information on difference between Icerya jaihind and Icerya aegyptiaca .
the link you provided is not official enough.

I don't know if it is Icerya aegyptiaca...I think it is another Icerya sp. perhaps Icerya jaihind which is recorded from Hong Kong...
