Small, non-aggressive snake
Bullsnake (Pituophis catenifer sayi) which is a subspecies of gopher snake (Pituophis catenifer). Non-venomous.

In northern Colorado you'll hear them be called a Bullsnake. But they are the same thing as a Gopher Snake.
