T. truncatus is the largest species of the beaked dolphins
Temperate and tropical oceans throughout the world
Observed a large group of dolphins playing in the waters off Sanibel Island along the Florida Gulf Coast. There were several mothers with babies in the group. There appears to be a Remora attached to the underside of this dolphin.
