Drain Fly

Description:

"This very common species has a worldwide distribution in tropical and temperate areas and is often associated with humans. Habitat:

This little fly (which I thought was a moth) was on the outside of our back wall, near a faucet used for watering our vegetable plot. So it seems to have found the ideal habitat as described by Wikipedia.
