Look, i took that photograph. it is more of a zoo, especially in that part. They have a reptile area with captive reptiles from all over the world; they had a brazilian snake

Possible but it was mentioned as a wildlife park. The Cane frog is an invasive species and I don't see them wanting one to get loose.

Don't think it is a Cane Toad unless it is way out of it's range.
Most likely an American Toad or a Fowler's. Difficult to tell without seeing the warts and head.
