Euploea eunice
Thanks Jason. Two weeks ago I would have confidently identified your caterpillar as E. radamanthus . . .

. . . but since then two things have become evident:
* My earlier understanding of E. radamanthus larvae was based upon apparently mistaken information.
* What is called E. "eunice" in Taiwan (where I lived for nine years), Philippines, Malaysia, Java, Thailand, and Guam have two more or less easily separable cats, which leads me to believe that two species are actually involved – the other possibly E. leucostictos.
