Description:

They are native to the waters of japan, they mostly spend their time scavenging food in the ocean floor. They have the largest leg span of all arthropods reaching up to 3.8 meters.

Habitat:

Tropical oceans, ocean floor and sea beds.

I spotted it resting beside a rock in the osaka aquarium of japan
