Oophaga granulifera
This little guy is about 2cm long, bright orange/red, with blueish/green legs and flanks; the finely granulated skin give this frog its name. Apparently, its one of the less poisonous species among the poison dart frogs. Unfortunately, the ICUN has listed this species as vulnerable, due to its limited range, declining numbers, and habitat loss http://www.iucnredlist.org/details/55186...
I found this guy in tropical rainforest, on a river bank on the Osa Peninsula, near the Corcovado National Park. It is native to southeastern and southwestern parts of Costa Rica and southwestern Panama.
