These red shield bugs were found on the underside of a leaf. They were about 3/4 of an inch long and were bright red with a yellow stripe down the centre of their backs.
These shield bugs were found in low to ground in the secondary rainforest of Singapore American School on the underside of a leaf.
These bugs get their food from drinking sap from plants.

Its supposed to be a nymph of a stink bug
It's actually a Red Stink Bug Nymph
That is the coolest thing I have seen so far all year in the rainforest.
