Grazie mille, Francesco e benvenuti a Project Noah.
Your link looks a little bit different than the spotting. This one might visually be a better one?

I noted the yellow legs as well now.
Zebulon, I think we must believe Francesco, he is an expert for Cerambycidae:

As common name there is suggested in one link: Satin-wood Borer.
I am happy that we have now the correct species!
And I hope that there will not be many more wrong ones from my part :-(...

Cerambycidae, Cerambycinae, Cerambicini, right... but female of Aeolesthes induta (Newman, 1842).
Cf. here: http://www.cerambycoidea.com/specieric.a...
This species was described just from the Philippines.

Cerambycidae, Cerambycinae, Cerambicini, Neocerambyx sp. Look similar to Neocerambyx gigas from Indonesia, Thailand and Borneo.
http://www.cerambycoidea.com/foto.asp?Id...
I am not sure if Gigas is also reported from the Philippines (probably not). But there are some newly detected ones from the Philippines, like Neocerambyx luzonicus, Neocerambyx paris or Neocerambyx pseudoparis.
Here is a detailled description of these spcies, unfortunately in German.

This one is Neocerambyx luzonicus pseudoparis:
