Delphacid Bug

Description:

This is a tiny Delphacidae planthopper that flew into my room attracted to the lights one night. Many Delphacidae species are common visitors at night, especially during their season. They are about 2.5 mm (excluded wings)

Habitat:

Lives on some species of plants.
