Clouded Sulphur

Description:

Butterfly has pale yellow wings. Underside of male's wings is yellow while the females is yellow or greenish white and both have a doubled hindwing spot of brownish red. hindwings have a series of four small red spots along the outer portion.

Habitat:

Spotted near Pine Lake on Hwy 29. They can be found in fields, roadsides, marshes and lakes and are attracted to milkweed, dandelion, clover.
