Cyclosa conica
I saw this string of debris in the centre of several webs today. Could this be the web of a Cyclosa sp? http://www.nhm.org/site/activities-progr... They are easily recognized by the usually vertical string of old prey items, egg sacs and web remains that the spider hides in, often so well that even up close it is hard to recognize the 3/16 inch spider from the debris. All of the web but the debris string and a single horizontal line is taken down every night, the old web material being added to the debris string. As with many other well-camouflaged spiders, Cyclosa will usually remain motionless in the web, even when prodded

possibly Cyclosa Conica? I can see the spider in the middle of the trash line. I will try and cut and crop it.
