I just don't know if this is a Cyclocephala, sorry. They are not usually fuzzy on the elytra and yours is. I guess I would need a specimen to key out, but we could ask Miguel Moron. He is Mexico's main beetle guy. He ought to check out Project Noah for all the mexican stuff that shows up.
