Brown Marmorated Stink Bug

Halyomorpha halys

Description:

Has those distinct alternating light bands on the antennae and alternating dark bands on the thin outer edge of the abdomen. However the bands are not as dark as viewed in some of the the ref images.

Notes:

Found one BMSB this am, probably getting out due to changing weather. With a whole lot of broad leaved trees and fruiting trees around got to watch out for more.

This is incorrectly identified. This is most emphatically not a BMSB, not even in that genus. There are numerous Old World genera in the tribe Halyini, and this is one of them; you're going to need an expert to tell you which, but I can certainly tell you what it is NOT.
