Unknown Bagworm caterpillar

Description:

This type of bagworm caterpillars are huge in size about 5- 6 cm measurement of the bags, Caterpillar is bright colour in the head (orange head colour with dark brown spots) and rest of body black and white.

Habitat:

I found this bagworm caterpillar in area called Maslata Natural Reserves, it is about 90 km East south of Tripoli- Libya, North Africa , it is big area as Natural protected wildlife managed by Libyan agriculture Ministry (Google map:32.612336, 13.830975), Friday 18 March 2016.

Notes:

I found that caterpillar feeds on wild plant with small yellow flowers as in picture. ID Please
