Description:

They are olive-green all over, being darker on the top and lighter on the bottom. There is a series of black spots that form a horizontal line down the length of the body.

Habitat:

Native to North America, but have been introduced to many other countries since they are a popular game fish. This little guy came from a spring fed pond. He was returned to the water after a few pictures.
