Urocyon littoralis
The endemic Island Fox is found on the Channel Islands off the coast of California. It's closely related to the mainland gray fox (Urocyon cinereoargenteus), but are smaller, about the size of a house cat. This fox was spotted on Santa Cruz Island, making it the subspecies Urocyon littoralis santacruzae.

You have to move the pin by dragging and dropping now. For some reason typing in the location doesn't seem to work any more.

Is this a captive animal? It is from the Channel Islands, but your map has it pinned in Tampa. Please clarify in the notes section.
