Dragon Nudibranch

Bornella anguilla

Description:

Dragons do exist, in the world of Nudibranch. This small Nudibranch, around 2 cm in length looks like a 'Chinese Dragon'. Body is white in colour with mosaic patterns of yellow, orange and black. This Nudibranch also has eyes, as seen in the pictures, the tiny black spot below the Rhinopores. They are also a swimming Nudibranch by arching their body sideways, they can swim for short distances.

Habitat:

This one was found at very shallow, around 1.5 meters depth. They tends to like the area that is not exposed to sunlight.

Notes:

Both pictures are taken of the same Nudibranch but in different camera/light settings.
