Hemidactylus sp.

Description:

Tiny. Baby lizard? Back dots along spine and long toes. The dots are confusing me because I have not seen Hemidactylus frenatus with dots like this.

Habitat:

On a roadside tree. Urban habitat.

Notes:

Hmm, still no clue. Might nevertheless be a Hemidactylus sp., which are widespread and invasive to most of the tropic areas. I checked some like Hemidactylus brookii, but for me too difficult to get closer. I am even not 100% sure if the genus is correct. Sorry!

The markings are indeed important and we probably would need a much closer picture from the head and body to see them. Sukanya can you make a crop?

Correlophus ciliatus is not found in India, but only in New Caledonia. See here:
