Podisus placidus seems the most likely candidate, but I'm uncertain.
The Spined Soldier Bug checks off many of the characteristics, but I'd say the ridges on the thorax are a bit too sharp on the Spined, which led me to Placidus. Placidus' ridges seem much more like what is shown in the photograph.
The part that leaves me up in the air is the fact the legs of this little guy are covered in freckles. No image I've found of a predatory stinkbug quite displays this level of freckling, but this may be simply pigment variation as so often happens.
It seems narrowing it down to an exact genus species is very difficult with these guys, but placidus seems to display the ridges and orange accents.
Consider me quite surprised the similarity in the markings that both have-- this image isn't the best of quality, and now I might have to rethink my original suggestion.
I do have to say, on further analysis, it bears some features that do not strictly adhere to what I've seen through all of my brown marmorated encounters, such as the ridges on either side of the thorax being a greater length than I'd expect in a common spotting.
With all of that in mind, however, it'd come down to finding the one that seems to mimic the brown marmorated, as this is astoundingly accurate with the patterns on the dorsal side of the abdomen.
Dragoon, Thanks for the ID. What are the chances that this could be a predatory Stink bug? There were a lot of Beetle Larva on the leaves he was making his rounds on.
Head, markings, and general body shape all point to a Brown Marmorated Stinkbug.
The only thing I'm curious about is the appearance of orange antennae, as it seems to have. Never in the 100+ Brown Marmorated Stinkbugs that I've photographed have I come across one that has such a vivid marking, and that is a curious detail.

Thank for the link Jemma! It never stops to amaze me that things can be so similar so far away from eachother...

Dragoon,good observations!!
color variations are common and we also have to keep the instars in mind.
Dragoon, the legs of "Euschistus servus" has black dots on it like this one.

The Podiscus sp is commonly confused with the above species.
