Stumpy-spined Cuttlefish / Dwarf Cuttlefish

Sepia bandensis

Description:

Small Cuttlefish, around 7-8 cm in size. Usually seen during night dive when it comes out to feed. Although they can swim, but they are mostly seen 'walking' among coral rubbles hunting shrimps & crabs. They 'walk' by using their tentacles (as in Pic#2) the the bottom part of the end of their body, which they can make/use like a limb.
