Rhitzala modesta
This sand-coloured grasshopper was about 25 mm long. This grasshopper was resting on the lower branches of a bush and was well camouflaged in a background of pale dried leaves. It had minute dark spots all over. Wings were short.
Spotted on a prickly acacia in a nature reserve

Thanks Martin. I am glad you think the ID is right. I don't know much about these hoppers and have two more "unknowns" to post .
