The creature was found near a damned pond right off Roanoke River. It was immobile but we could not find a reason as to why it was.

Hopefully it was a "dammed" pond, not a "damned" one. Haha! ;)
Hey welcome to Project Noah Daniel. In order to meet our policy guidelines can you please put a clear shot of the snake only? Humans should be 'unidentifiable' ideally. Thanks and good luck with further spottings. Let's hope they are 'alive' ones.
