A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
This is not a native species. If it was in the wild, it is an escaped or released pet. Appears to be a Geochelone sulcatta, the 2nd largest tortoise species in the world. They are commonly kept as pets. If this was in the wild, please contact your closest reptile rescue. A google search should help, or there is a list at www.vareptilerescue.org under "other herp groups".
