The closest I've been able to get on this one is possibly Scythrididae family (flower moths), something like Eretmocera sp. There are more than 10 species of Eretmocera found in southern Africa, but I've only tracked down photos of one of them (not matching your pic!)

Could be a moth in the Sesiidae fam. Have not been able to find a good match though.
