This is a very small and generic looking mushroom.

Habitat:

Commonly found on lawns and grass.

Notes:

Found this little mushroom in the grass near the Smart Car dealer. Very tiny.

It's a Panaeolus species, probably either P. foenisecii or less likely P. cinctulus.
