Bee-fly

Description:

Fly with black patterns on wings. This just happened to be in the same area as some Lucia widow dragonflies, which have similar patterned wings (e.g. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/151...).

Habitat:

Seasonal river in savanna/woodland.

Notes:

Observed in Mlawula Nature Reserve.
