this was a species of Mimosa related to Sensitive plant. its stems were spinny and usually grows taller than Mimosa pudica.. try this one as comparison

The leaf was not sensitive, there was no reaction when we touched and the stem was different.. But thanks for the genus suggestion, you're right, that's Mimosa sp.
