Trust me not all my shot turn out either. I will be posting a family of White tailed Kites when I get home. They were far and I couldn't get any close cause of the area fenced off. Probably 400ft away.

They are many in the rural areas on wires. Tough as get closer the just move one post down and so on

Same here - I have a 70-300mm so you must have been pretty close! I've never been able to get that close before.

I saw Kestrels for a very short time span and then they just disappeared.
