Description:

A striking yellow caterpillar with 4 pairs of dorsal horns covered in poisonous spines and many smaller lateral spined horns. A longitudinal dorsal blue stripe, interrupted by several blotches of red/brown. Sides marked with angled blue flashes.

Habitat:

Adjacent to a small stream. Altitude 1000m.

Notes:

A cute caterpillar, but NOT to be handled. The spines will leave you in pain and discomfort for 24 hours. Found on top of a banana leaf.
