On sunny area with mixture of wildflowers near pond and wooded area, Gulf Coast Bird Observatory.
Was able to get close enough to dragonfly to photograph with macro camera setting. Dragonfly also known as Halloween Pennant Dragonfly.

I think the more common common name for this dragonfly is "Halloween Pennant." This individual appears to be an immature male as indicated by its coloration and terminal appendages. Can I get a second-opinion?
