Description:

Blue-eyed Grass is a member of the Iris family and blooms from April thru May. The plant has long slender stems, reaching heights of 12 inches. Each Stem has one to three flowers.

Habitat:

Growing in the floodplain, near a stream.

Notes:

This is a Texas wildflower.
