A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Project Noah Nature School
remnants, ventral(?) scales approx. 1 1/4 inches
spotted on trail in semi-wooded area
I thought that might be the case, Laura. We do have quite a lot of large rat snakes in our area.
I see keeled scales but without the head scales it's hard to determine species, especially in FL.
This should go in Signs of Wildlife. I always think it is interesting if you can figure out what they rubbed against.
