We read a book about hedgehogs. In the book it says that it is a mammal. They eat snails, slugs and insects like beetles, bees and wasps as they are insectivores. They are nocturnal and they have enemies such as foxes, badgers and large birds of prey. They live in Africa, Asia, Europe and New Zealand. They have a life span of about 5 years. We love hedgehogs. They are beautiful. Hedgehogs rock. Beautiful picture. We watched a couple of videos too.
