Laura's totally right, not elephant ears. From what I can see it looks like giant rhubarb.

This isn't elephant ear... I'm not sure what it *is* haha, but it's not elephant ear! Also, if possible could you take some more photos of the plant, to help with ID? And in the future, try to make your pictures just the organism, since that's what we're more interested in at Project Noah - Facebook is a good place to document the human species haha! :D
