Ectobius lapponicus
It is the only cockroach species that lives outdoors in Norway. The female has a rounder body shape than the male. They also have easily recognizable dark spots on the cover wings.

German Cockroaches have very noticeable spines on their legs like yours do. Blattella germanica.
