you have this listed as extremely poisons. I have eaten this berry all my life and continue to this day. Sometimes in moderate quantities, several full stems of 5 to 10 berry's. I am 64 years old. I have never had a problem eating them, I eat them when i am walking in the forest under heavy exertion. If anything they give me energy.
